FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything you need to know before you ride — from what to bring to how the party works.
How many people can fit on a party bike?
Each party bike can accommodate up to 15 people. If your group is larger, we can arrange multiple bikes for a seamless group experience (up to 105 people).
Can I drink alcohol on the party bike?
You may drink beer and wine on board the Dallas Party Bike. However, please note the following laws and rules so that your group’s activities are lawful and safe:
- Beer and wine only. Hard cider, lemonade, seltzers and malt beverages are OK!
- No glass or hard liquor on board. We recommend cans for beer and either boxed wine or a separate plastic container.
- All alcoholic beverages are BYOB. We cannot provide or sell alcohol.
- All containers must remain closed until on board the vehicle.
- Do not step off board the vehicle with an open container as you will be in violation of public consumption laws and may be cited. All alcoholic beverages must stay on the vehicle!
We aim to provide an amazing time, but your safety is our #1 priority! DO NOT arrive for your party already intoxicated or service may be refused without a refund.
Where do we start/end?
In general, unless otherwise noted on your reservation, all parties begin and end at our location at 3909 Elm Street, Dallas, TX 75226. Free street curbside parking is available along Elm St. Please do not park in neighboring businesses parking lots or spaces.
Choose a safe ride!
Dallas Party Bike has partnered with Fetii Rideshare (15-passenger Sprinter vans) to save you money and provide a safe travel option. Book on-demand or schedule in advance and they will pick up your group anywhere in the DFW Metroplex. Use promo code “PARTYBIKE” in the Fetii App to receive:

- **This promo code is valid PER PERSON. All members who are riding in the Fetii must enter the promo code in the Fetii app for each person to receive the discount.
Is it really pedal powered?
Yes! We encourage you to pedal to make the bike move. It’s great for the environment and your calorie count. The bike is also equipped with an electric motor to help the riders. It’s a lot easier than it looks!
Is there an age requirement?
Pub Crawl Age Requirement
The minimum age for all parties booked by individual seat involving alcohol, including pub crawls, is 21 years of age or older. Riders must present valid ID to the captain when showing the release waiver before the party begins.
Private Party Age Requirement
Private parties may have people under the age of 21 on board. If alcohol is involved, the people under 21 may not be consuming alcohol and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is responsible for the minor. If at any time a minor is suspected of consuming alcohol by the captain, the reservation will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued.
Infants and children who require a car seat will not be allowed on board the party bike. Children under the age of 12 may be required to sit on the back bench with the seat belt on.
What is the weather policy?
We ride rain or shine, but for safety we cancel if there is lightning or other severe weather. Don’t worry — you won’t be pedaling around in a tornado! If we have to cancel the reservation based on severe weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund or rain check for another date.
Please dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions. Weather cancellations are not made until right before your reservation’s scheduled start time, as weather can be unpredictable.
Is there music on board?
Yes! We have a rocking sound system and LED lights for the perfect party ambiance. Our tablet that hooks up to the system is full of music from every genre with tons of songs and playlist options for you to choose. Make sure to bring a good DJ!
What should we bring with us?
One of the funnest parts of the party bike experience is that you can actually bring your own beer and wine on board! But don’t let forgetting a couple of things dampen the experience.
Below are the supplies we recommend bringing with you, along with a few things we can’t have on board.
What To Bring:
- We have a cooler and provide ice and cups, but you can pack your own cooler if desired
- Your favorite beer, wine, hard ciders, seltzers, etc.
- Water to stay hydrated
- Snacks if desired
Do Not Bring:
- Glass containers. All alcohol should be in cans, boxed, or in plastic containers
- Hard liquor and mixed drinks are not allowed on board the buzz bike per city code
